UX DIRECTOR (CONTRACT), 2019–2020

Led experience enhancements across the Delta ecosystem, including the Fly Delta app (used by 40 million travelers annually), Delta.com, inflight and end-to-end travel journey. Projects included: in-app flight credit redemptions, Delta design system, product upsells, carbon-neutral fares and Delta x Lyft ground-to-air experiences.

UX LEAD (CONTRACT), 2018–2019

Highlights at this wonderful CX & innovation agency include leading formative research and shaping the launch strategy and CX vision for a category-busting line of premium audio products for Bose. I also led an insight-driven redesign of the brand’s e-commerce site navigation.

ASSOCIATE UX DIRECTOR, 2014–2018

Projects include: enterprise-scale products and apps, responsive web and marketing sites, modular design systems, physical experiences and large-scale transformation projects for companies like IBM, Google, Slack and Lowe's. In addition to leading UX/CX outcomes across our client portfolio, I was also responsible for representing the UX practice, advancing design thinking and organizational UX maturity, and mentoring junior talent and summer interns.

UX DESIGNER, 2013–2014

As a UX designer, I produced wireframes, wrote interaction documentation, presented work to clients and helped coordinate cross-functional teams from research to concept to final production. Key projects include: a sales enablement iPad app and responsive redesign for Goldman Sachs, and UX & visual design, delivery and QA for Samsung’s new global e-commerce site and key product launches.

UX DESIGNER, 2010–2012

Lead UX on this B2B SaaS startup serving the global fashion industry, formerly known as Fashion GPS. I owned multiple stages of the product development process to bring GPS Radar, a social networking and mobile ticketing app, and GPS Styles, a virtual showroom app, to market.

I was also a key member of 6-person team tasked digitizing Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week’s event management system. I shaped and guided the strategic vision, created wireframes and UIs for desktop and mobile apps, and helped manage engineering efforts. We partnered with IMG, Control Group, and the CFDA, piloting the system to manage 100+ shows at NY Fashion Week’s inaugural season at Lincoln Center in 2010. Fashion GPS Events is used across the globe today.
